Deposit Policy (Please Read First) 

A deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to a new celebration date.

Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

1. Booking & Payments

Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received.

Remaining balances must be paid in full one week prior to your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit final payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. While deposits are non-refundable, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your event when proper notice is given.

Cancellations without rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Services

Your Favorite Kharacters provide event entertainment services including, but not limited to, children’s entertainment, face painting, balloon art, caricature art, character appearances, and related services.

Services are provided as booked and may be adjusted if necessary due to safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Event Environment & Safety

Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate space for services.

Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

We reserve the right to pause or stop services if conditions become unsafe.

5. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of Your Favorite Kharacters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

This website is intended for lawful use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to create fun and memorable experiences, Your Favorite Kharacters is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or unforeseen damages related to participation in our services.

By booking, clients agree to assume responsibility for participants attending the event.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website or booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date to time.
